Personal Training Services

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

• No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

• Prepaid training packages:

  • Refund available within 14 days of purchase if unused.

  • All sessions expire 6 months from purchase date.

• Completed sessions are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us for a resolution.

Products (Merch, Supplements, Equipment)

• Returns accepted within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and with receipt.

• Non-returnable: opened supplements, worn apparel (unless defective), and custom items.

• Report defective/damaged products within 7 days for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
